I don't know about you all but I can hardly believe in a week from day it will be November already. I had some random pictures on my camera that I wanted to post.
Here in Issaquah we have a salmon hatchery. We went to see the fish coming up the creek a couple of weeks ago. It may be hard to see in the picture but there were some huge fish in the creek.
The next two pictures were taken at our farmer's market on the last day it was open. I LOVE our farmer's market. Toward the end of the summer I was buying all my fruits and veggies there. Another favorite item was the beautiful flowers. The flower bunches in the picture below were only $5!
The next two pictures were taken right by the school where I work. It's a pretty cool view of Seattle, Lake Washington, and the sound.
You can see part of downtown Bellevue in this one.
This last picture was taken at the WSU vs. OSU game at the Clink (stadium formally known as Quest) last Saturday. Aside from the fact that the team lost and the puking drunk girl behind us, we had a good time.
Tonight's post was kind of random but we are doing well. I'm loving my internship and Dave's busy with work. Life is good.
ya'll are so grown up now!
ReplyDeletethat is an awesome pic of seattle...is that on Cougar mountain? I remember going somewhere with a similar view. I'm glad you love the farmers market too! It makes up for missing the Moscow one. When we were at the game I said to Mike "I bet Shannon and Dave are here." From the looks of it, we were on the opposite side as you. We really need to hang out. I have been a slacker about that. Maybe we'll see you at Stake Conference this weekend!
ReplyDeleteJen, no it's on the top of a hill in Bellevue (in the Somerset neighborhood). Yeah we should hang out sometime. Time is sure flying by and I can't believe we've lived here 6 months already. We'll be at a baby blessing this Sunday, so we'll miss you at conference.
